Sacred Forest project · June 2026 → 2027
Roadmap
Six phases: preparation and validation of the principle, Mission Zero 8-day dual-location in Europe, post-production and funders pitch in September, COP31 Antalya in November, first Acre expedition late 2026 or Q1 2027, feature film and Netflix capsules on the 2027 horizon.
In brief
The roadmap revolves around Mission Zero (July 24 → August 3, 2026, 8 days France + Switzerland with Xinu Yawanawa and Yaka). The teaser edited in post-prod serves the September funders pitch and COP31 Antalya in November. Acre Mission 1 follows late 2026 or Q1 2027 within the official ACRE incubation programme (3 missions over 6-12 months). Feature film and Netflix capsules unfold on the 2027 horizon.

Three workstreams
What is being built in parallel
The timeline tells the sequence. These three workstreams run transversally across the whole roadmap.
Documentary
2-3 min teaser delivered September 2026 (first Netflix capsule). 25-60 min feature film in deferred post-prod for late 2026 / 2027. 3 additional Netflix capsules produced along the Acre missions. Bank of qualified rushes feeds the site, the pitch, the mini-series, social media and future presentations.
ACRE Incubation Programme
3 immersive missions of ~15 days over 6 to 12 months, in a pilot indigenous village hub (~100 participants, ≥3 represented territories). Mission 1: Territorial Diagnosis. Mission 2: Capacity Building & Prototyping (drone, audiovisual, bioeconomy). Mission 3: Autonomy & Governance Structuring. Non-negotiable principle: Knowledge is co-produced, not transferred.
International institutional credit
UNESCO via FIFO Martigny (August 2026) + IUCN via Gland (August 2026) = positioning Sacred Forests as a recognised international player. Direct capitalisation on the September funders pitch and COP31 Antalya in November. Preparation of future interactions with broadcasters and impact funders.
